Not a café. Not a co-working space.
Not another networking event.
Under The Same Roof is something
that didn't exist before —
because you needed it to.
The world told you: home, work, and somewhere in between. A coffee shop where you sit alone. A co-working space that's just another office with better wifi. We didn't want that. You didn't either.
Under The Same Roof exists for the mavericks — the ones building things that don't have a category yet, the ones whose best ideas happen in conversation. This is a fourth space. A fifth. A space that bends to what you bring into it.
Desks that belong to no one and everyone. The kind of ambient energy that makes your laptop feel lighter. Work alongside people doing things you haven't heard of yet.
A blackboard changes weekly. Whatever's seasonal, whatever the kitchen feels like making. You eat what was made with intention today — not six months ago.
Concept dinners, artist talks, founder circles, late-night sessions that weren't on the calendar. The space doesn't curate what happens — the people do.

Our concept dinners aren't just meals. They're the reason to finally meet the person you've been meaning to. Long tables and longer conversations. Strangers who leave feeling like they've known each other for years.
The food changes with the week, the season, the mood of whoever's in the kitchen. That's the deal. You trust us, we make it worth it.
Coffee, matcha, smoothies. The cup does a lot of work here. The reason you'll come in at 9am on a Tuesday with nowhere to be and end up staying until sundown.
Single origin, rotated monthly. Pulled with intention. The kind of cup that earns the second hour of your morning.
Ceremonial grade, not ceremonial fuss. Straight, latte, or on ice — however you take it, we take it seriously.
Rotating with the season. Fruit-forward, no powder nonsense. The kind that actually does something for you.
There's no membership tier, no application form, no culture deck to memorise. UTSR is built around a simple premise: interesting people make interesting spaces.
Come to work. Come to a dinner. Come because a friend brought you and you never left. The door is open. We mean that quite literally.
Address to those who'll appreciate it most — follow us, or ask someone who's already been.
Not in a formal way. More like: we built this place with you in mind and now you should just come over already.
(no RSVP needed, no dress code — just show up)
