Our Story
Third space was never enough.
We started Under The Same Roof because the rooms we were sitting in were not the rooms we wanted to be in. The coffee shop where you sit alone. The co-working space that's just an office with a better playlist. The networking event with name tags and small talk that goes nowhere.
Cities push you to be productive or to consume. Rarely to linger. Rarely to witness. Rarely to belong without an agenda.
We wanted a room. A real one. Where a writer could share a table with a chef, a founder with an illustrator, a friend with a stranger that would be a friend by closing time. Where the noise of a kettle, a conversation about something hard, and the clatter of cutlery felt like the same song.
So we built it. Slowly. With people we love. In a city we love.

What we believe
The room holds the rules.
- ·Doors stay open. Always. To friends of friends, to first-timers, to anyone curious.
- ·We don't curate the conversation. The people do.
- ·Food is honest. Coffee is intentional. Time is not for sale.
- ·No tiers. No application form. No culture deck to memorise.
- ·If a thing belongs to everyone, everyone takes care of it.
